  : The room had been recently renovated and our family of 5 was very comfortable there.
  : The hotel was in the middle of a renovation, which was a surprise to us. Felt like paying for a room in a construction zone. Some areas of the hotel felt unsafe, such as the pool where my kids found broken floor tiles and metal drain plates that cut their bare feet. I'm sure the hotel will be a nice place to stay post-renovation, but we would have chosen another hotel for our family had we known about the conditions present when we stayed there.

  : The location was cwhere my daughter lives, but we will NEVER stay here again.
  : The check in was a nightmare it took over an hour with 9 people waiting in line at 11:45pm, the hotel major renovations not disclosed when reserving room. Our room had dirty Kleenexes wadded on the floor when we checked in and they never came and cleaned or brought towels. Breakfast was bad and when we complained they just shrugged and said the manager isn't here.

  : That we were charged a different price then what we had been told it would be. They upgraded our room to a king but said we would be charged extra. The clerk wasn’t able to give a receipt when we paid and when I got email receipt it was $100.00 more the. Price on the booking. I don’t have time to waste trying to get my money back.
