  : Though this place is remote the wifi service is poor along with their facilities. I went to this place based on reviews, my best bet was those reviews were paid for. Her staff are not aware of anything, the team are nice people only if the manager can be half of that. It took her 10 minutes to apologize, amazing customer service from a manager. If a manager cannot apologize for broken facilities then how can she lead her team with example. On top of everything when we told her the staff does not why everything is broken, she told us she does not who is on staff for the day. Excuse me? What are you managing, it is not her attitude.
  : The manager Suzana, such an unprofessional and has no management skills. The facilities were broken, instead of apologizing she was looking for excuses then offers us (a couple) a treatment that is separated to compensate for the all broken facilities. Broken facilities pool was severely cold, jacuzzi broken, steam room in men room broken and we were told there is another steam room upstairs and when we went it was made for a singular person.
