  : There were several significant issues with the property that negatively impacted our stay:1. **Cleanliness**: Our room was infested with roaches and had a terrible odor, which made it uninhabitable.2. **Hygiene Standards**: The overall hygiene standards of the property appeared to be very poor, as indicated by the condition of our room.3. **Front Desk Service**: The front desk attendant was unhelpful and did not provide a satisfactory resolution to our problem.4. **Health Risks**: The unsanitary conditions posed serious health risks to my family, which is unacceptable.These issues are critical and need to be addressed to ensure the safety and comfort of future guests.
