  : Hello, We had a great time staying so close to Moab and the Arches while visiting from Pennsylvania. We did want to address one concern that unfortunately impacted our stay. Our group had returned home one night and the door code to our rental appeared to be broken, despite entering the code provided to us multiple times. We unfortunately were locked out of the rental for over an hour after multiple attempts at entering the given code. The system was repeatedly denying the code and eventually was not lighting up at all to enter any numbers. We called Vacasas number provided multiple times with no answer. Then called Moabs non emergency police number to address the issue. (This issue also happened hours earlier in the afternoon, but the system reset and we were able to enter the house). Thankfully we were able to enter through a different door, but this was after a long period of feeling like we had to make other arrangements to seek shelter that night. Due to all this trouble, we are requesting if there is a consideration to be reimbursed or compensated for at least one night of our stay. Again, thank you for addressing this issue and we hope that this doesnt happen to another future renter. Thank you, Brittany McGowan

  : Well equipped- excellent tub with great hot water heater, comfortable couch and bed, great views, tap water tastes good and kitchen and laundry facilities worked great, lots of usb plug-ins.
