  : Close to town, 3 beds 3 baths was a perfect size.
  : Several items were well worn and need replacing, including front room couch set, master bath rug, etc. Both DVD players downstairs didn’t work so we had to use the one from upstairs. Some of the bedroom blinds didn’t work. Stains on carpets needed cleaning or carpet replacing. Clock in kitchen needs batteries. Locks on downstairs bathroom didn’t work. Downstairs shower screeches when running. Website says phone number access starts at 8:30 am but when I called, the message stated not open until 9 am. I left two messages to see if we could stay another night, but no one got back to me. Literature in condo said checkout time was 10 am, but website said 11 am.

  : We have been there before and liked the location and the area.
  : The property management company Arches Property Rental has extremely poor customer service.Things didn't work they took a full day to get repaired and I had to secure another place for my wife todo her job that had wi-fi that worked When they did get it fixed 24hrs later I asked about a possible credit or discountfor the day loss. At that point they said no and to vacate the property and they would refund us. They charged me for the loss day after all an and refunded the balance. $280.00 a day for no service and Arches was not willing to discount or refund the lost day. So not happy with them and will not rent anything that has to do with Arches.
