  : The size of the master bedroom was good. There were games and beach toys available. Good to have a washer and dryer. The beach was good, and the guys that setup the chairs were great.
  : The carpeting was stained and dirty. The cushions on the couch were stained and dirty. There was a piece of popcorn under the coffee table from prior guests, so the condo was not clean. There was a cockroach in the kitchen (live). The towel bar in the master bath was broken. We spent $20 on tools and hardware to fix it. The cabinet where the trash can is in the kitchen is broken. There were beach chairs in the utility room which we thought was nice until we found out that they were broken and dangerous. The agent would not let us dispose of them. Communication with the agent is awful. Their replies are filled with unnecessary text characters to the point that it is nearly impossible to find their message. The couple that stayed in the second bedroom said that the constant noise from the elevator just outside the room kept them awake.
