  : The location is very nice.
  : The property management company, my vacation haven, is completely incompetent and and made the check in process an extended ordeal that could only be resolved a hour later after we provided proof that we had paid. Incidently, even though they are the ones that charged our visa, they could not find the reservation. We had to prove they charged us before they would give us the door code.

  : Loved that this was walking distance to the beach.
  : We arrived at 2pm room was not ready. We waited till 4 when checkin was. We had the key code went into room and it was a disaster. There was trash, unmade bed and towels from previous tennent. I called hotel and they said they were working on it they would keep me updated by 530 still nothing so called again and nothing. They called at 6[m that the room was cleaned. Was very tired of the run around and not able to talk to someone face to face.

  : Loved the pool area and our view was pretty
  : Beach access was ridiculously crowded. No where to even put a chair to sit. Also, our fridge was making annoying sounds the whole time.
