  : The space was comfortable for a family of 5 or 6 (ours was five). The balcony stretched the entire unit, so this was also great to enjoy sitting out there as well. I have never booked a vacation without any personal engagement with someone, but communication on how to enter the unit was seamless, and no keys to lose.
  : I would prefer to still see a person, have that interaction, but I understand. We had reported an issue with no light for the laundry room on the very first day, but took several attempts to finally get a rep to come (used a flashlight for a few days). The plates were chipped, one was cracked to the point of mysteriously not falling into 2 pieces. The silverware was not matched, and no teaspoons. Also, the lampshades in the master bedroom look like they had been kinda crushed a little, and reshaped back to continue to be used. Would these be things that would prevent me returning, or even recommending others? No. But just letting you be aware since you asked.
