  : Overall our stay was good. The room was spacious, quiet and with A/C comfy cool. The bed was very comfortable. We also liked the top floor common area, something we hope to use more on a future trip.
  : We texted on a Sunday and a Monday with the same request for service. We heard back seven days later. We look forward to staying at Sonder locations in the future, and we hope it won't take a week to hear back to any requests.

  : Great location close to the university and lots of restaurants. The rooftop gym and patio was great. Quick response on the chat feature. Washing machine and dryer were nice to have. Everything was clean.
  : If you are a short person, ask for a stepping stool for the toilet. The kitchen and bathroom were missing shampoo/soap/dish soap. Parking was difficult to find with no signage.

  : it was not properly cleaned, the sonders team never sent a person to clean after I contacted them repeatedly to have it cleaned. They kept saying that they would send somebody to clean.

  : It's a good and spacious accommodation. Quite well equiped for doing cooking and laundry. The top floor has a fantastic hangout area for guests. Very well equipped with facilities. Guests must check out this area. Good for entertaining your own guests.
  : This was my second stay and there were some issues. 1. Appartment wasn't very clean. 2. Carpet was dirty and needed replacing. 3. Dishwasher wasn't emptied. 4. Bathroom shower compartment shampoo, conditioneer and body wash wasn't topped up. 5. Non availability of Kleenex in the bathroom. I did complain about it and they did send someone to sort it all out within 2 hours. appreciated that. Overall, I had a good stay and would return.
