  : The hotel itself was very nice, clean and comfortable.
  : The staff wasn't really good. Our rooms were not what we had originally reserved, and they didn't do anything to fix it or to compensate for their mistakes.. We had four rooms reserved and were reserved to pay at property, 3 rooms were charged to my card without my permission, and the fourth room got paid for when we arrived. Days after our stay, my husband's cc that we had used to make the reservation was charged again. They were claiming that one of the rooms wasn't paid for. Which isn't correct. Their management of this location isn't very good and I suggest they get better training and customer service. Other than this whole unsatisfactory situation, the hotel itself is really nice.

  : Beautiful clean place, staff was very kind and tried their best to accommodate to our complaints.
  : The noise. You could hear the tv and conversations of the guest in the room next to us. On top of that we were there for a softball tournament and had the early game for Sunday morning and it was really hard to sleep on Saturday night because there was a 50th birthday party in the conference room with a DJ that went on til 1am. Our room was directly above it on the second floor. My daughter who plays softball was not happy.
