  : HORRIBLE!!!
  : THEY CHARGED A $76 fee after for my pet after I left which they never mentioned. Pool doesn’t work. HORRIBLE! Prostitution, cops there everyday. NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY!!

  : Well first the windows were open. Not safe and not easy go close. Tv did not work. Smelled musty and sheets smelled like they had been washed with cigarette infused sheets.Light bulb out in bathroom. Toilet continuously ran. Big dogs across the hall from us.

  : What breakfast? Staff was friendly. Convenient location.
  : We stayed for three days during which time the towels were never changed - even though we requested fresh towels. Nor was the garbage taken out of the room. The most annoying thing was that a room in which two people were staying, we were given only one bag of regular and one bag of decaf coffee for a three day stay! Again, asked for the coffee to be put into the room but it never arrived. Got the impression the hotel was trying to cut costs at all costs.

  : We only stayed for 1 hr before we took the loss and found another hotel. The set up itself would have been nice if it had not been covered with animal hair and smelled so strong of perfume to try to cover up the animal smell.
  : The pool was empty, with green sludge at the bottom. The room was covered with animal hair and food crumbs. When I called the front desk, they sent me a vacuum so that I could try to clean but there was so much hair, I gave up. There were no pots or pans in the "fully equipped kitchen.' When I tried to preheat the oven for our dinner, the suite filled with a scary smell so that I started opening windows. my kids were freaking out and I knew we couldn't make it work with my husband's animal allergies.

  : We liked the layout of the suite - two separate bedrooms and a nice living room area and kitchen.
  : The front entrance door's keycard security was not functioning so the staff kept the door wedged open, even late at night, which is a security concern. The closest fire exit's outer door was blocked off, which is a serious safety violation. And the kitchen sink's disposal was not correctly attached so the water leaked every time we used the sink. Lastly, the phone in our room did not function. This place should be failing inspection for due to the listed security concerns. Cleveland is a major city, after all.

  : Room size OK. Ok kitchenette
  : Drains were slow or plugged. Bath towel hanger on door had sharp edges, caused a gash on my wife's arm. Hall looked old and a little dingy. Pool outside filled with trash. Very minimal cookware, cups and dishes. No soap fro dishwasher or to clean dishes. Website overrated the property.

  : We stay here because family is close by.
  : We have stayed at this hotel several times because we have family close by. Something has changed this time ... maybe new management. The glasses were dirty, the shower faucet was almost in disrepair, the towels and sheets were old and the swimming pool was closed needing much in repairs. They won't be open long at this rate.We will not stay here again.
