  : The pool was heated even in the summer so it was the PERFECT temperature ALL day and night. Even when the 10min tropical rain showers blowed in, the umbrellas kept our items dry while we enjoyed the warmth of the pool as the rain fell on us. The pool closed at 9pm, however 11pm would be a better time to allow the patrons to fully enjoy the colorful display. The Radisson Red Miami is beautiful for anyone that wants to pay a lil extra for Bougie by making a place look good on the outside but lacking in true customer service. People pay extra to be greeted with a scowl and a line full of complaints ahead of your check in at the counter. But my pics look great!
  : My room didn't have any toilet paper and it was a full 12hours plus a shift change and trip to the desk before it was finally sent to us. Also, I paid for a corner room, which I did get, however the only view offered from my particular level and position was a shipping yard. All other corner rooms had great views. No microwave available in any rooms. The lighting was great in the bathroom but awful in the bedroom.

  : Issues with cleanliness and appliances are broken. The room, which had just been released by housekeeping, had a bench that was drenched in old coffee that had been spilled on it. The room was stink of old coffee. The window shade is broken, the tub had hair in it, sheets had stains. I usually stay at this hotel but this is the first time that I've experienced issues with the amenities and cleanliness. Requested a room change; even if it meant a downgrade, but that seemed impossible. A bit disappointing since this is probably my fourth time staying at this location.

  : Room was good size. Pleasing to the eye.
  : No room service, the restaurant opened late and closed early. The bar had a not very person friendly bartender and would only serve beer, wine and well drinks after 9. This turned away a couple of groups and they went elsewhere. The front desk does not answer the phone very regularly so I had to go to the front desk personally a few times to get towels (the house keeper would not give them to me without front desk approval and when they don’t answer the phone it takes sometime to get these items which then makes my plans differ.

  : The gym was OK (few dumbbels missing), the view from the room was nice, large room and bed, plenty of space, breakfast was good, staff was OK, shuttle came on time
  : Desk and tv were dusty, bed linnen did not feel clean, shower curtain let through a lot of water, bathroom seemed somewhat outdated,
