  : We were put in 4 different rooms. The door did not work for the first two rooms. The third room had a pipe coming out of the wall in the shower with no shower head, a toilet covered in urine and hair, and trash all in the carpet. Pictures are included in the room we had to settle for. I asked for a refund and was told that a manager was not onsite to give a refund. We were given a single king bed when we booked two double beds. The customer service was terrible and the breakfast was stale. As someone that had a kid with them and was 8 months pregnant, this was not acceptable. Typically, I do not leave reviews but I would like to save someone else from having to go through the same distress I went through.

  : I can't think of 1 thing I liked about this place we ha e stayed at alot of different hotels and this one is the worst
  : Stains on the mattresses half the lights didn't work stains and broken chairs and table and the showers did t drain they almost over flowed taking a shower

  : We had 2 service dogs and they wouldn't waive the extra fee for the dogs
