: The staff was very friendly, however there was so much miscommunication from start to finish and they need to get the employees together so they know what they are actually doing!!
: Cockroaches in our room all over the place! Disgusting!! We called to let them know, but all they said was their “working on it.” No, this shouldn’t even be an issue in a public hotel EVER!!! There were so many crawling around. It made my stay uncomfortable. My boyfriend and I had to buy our own bug spray and bug traps daily because the cockroaches would just not go away! Shame on the hotel & management for allowing this! There are families and people who trust to stay there and pets too! No hotel should EVER have to deal with bugs! It’s nasty! I couldn’t even sleep well nor eat in my own room! They need to hire a professional pest control company and have the inside and outside sprayed every single month to get rid of the bugs! Also the elevators didn’t work for 9 days while we were there either! It’s smelled of chemicals in the halls too! The room was clean but it had bugs! So GROSS!
