  : Everything, the bed is horrible, the place was dirty, the chair was stained and gross. I didn’t feel clean. Even after a shower which was all water stained above and I felt like I was going to fall through the tub.

  : The room had an odor of not being clean, shower rod looked as it was not put on properly it was coming off the walls, shower curtain not long enough to cover the shower, the juice in the breakfast room had a bad taste, coffee was gone too soon, if the staff cleaned the bathroom they did not clean the tub or walls good, bathroom towels had an odor of being washed with no detergent or the cheapest one as they did not smell clean I understand people can be sensitive to odors but there are detergent that dont have strong odors and have the towels smelling clean, weird that on Sunday our card was not working to open our room. It seems as if the hotel is run by family thats great but taking ownership and pride in what you represent shows a lot sometimes spending extra to fix the small things makes a big difference.
