  : The staff at the front desk were friendly and had smiley faces. The welcome from the staff was pleasant. The ladies at the front desk were doing a fantastic job! The location is okay, and the breakfast was alright. I liked the breakfast area setup, and there was entertainment happening (a show was playing on tv). The location is close by restaurants and shopping centers. My experience with the staff was very helpful and informative. Thank you staff and stay encouraged and that you all matter❣️Keep striving to put your best forward in all what you do
  : Upon entering the room, there was a noticeable smell of smoke. The furniture was stained and not clean. Additionally, there were no batteries in the remote, and the back cover of the remote was missing, so I had to drive back to the front desk to get batteries for the remote. The windows and floors were dirty, and there was still debris and dirt inside the drawers. Furthermore, the clock did not work and had no batteries in it. My family and I had to leave the room to purchase air fresheners, sheets, pillows, and blankets. The equipment in breakfast area ( orange juice dispenser and coffee machine did not function properly or were broke. Had one coffee container in which the coffee was warm. A little after arrival, It got to the point where I just wanted to make the drive back home at first. We ended up cleaning the room ourselves. Paying almost a hundred dollars for one night, I felt like I was cheated.

  : In the front of the motel when entering from the street was well kept.
  : I was in room 131 right next to I think is the maintenance room. It was nasty outside that room which was really distracting coffee cup scattered all over the place. It looked like she picked the worst area to put me in. It gave me a very uneasy feeling when going to the car at night. From the description on Booking.com, they gave a nice presentation of breakfast. I left my room an hour after breakfast started. There was nothing left, and nothing being put out.

  : Convenience of location
  : Where do I begin? There were some pretty shady people hanging out outside when we finally got there at 1:00 a.m. . I will say was quick easy check in. However, that was probably about the only decent thing. For a few dollars more I could have got a much better hotel right there beside this one. It was so late checking in all we did was walk around the room and it was decent. So we went to bed. The next morning, was a different story. I got out of the shower and my wife points out to me the bed. On the side she slept on there was a 6 in spot of nastiness looked like dried body fluids. As if that wasn't bad enough she then pointed out my side of the bed. On the top of the comforter (which was under the decorative cover), was a big yellow Ring of a stain. I turn the comforter over to the side I slept on and against and there was about a 2 ft ring of The same yellow gooeyness. I then had to smell it and it wasn't a good smell. It was obviously urine. There was also a spot of dried crust BLOOD that was right where my face had been.Disgusted during my checkout I watched as housekeeping was cleaning other rooms. I never once saw them take any bedding out of Even one room. They would go in get the trash maybe grab a rag and be right back out in minutes. I watch them do this on many rooms as I had opted for a late checkout because I had a late check in. When I went to the front desk to check out and I gave them pictures of everything and expressed my disgust, their only solution was half off the room. They acted like it was no big deal. I then pointed out the fact that their housekeeping was not even taking any bedding out of the rooms would walk in for 2-3 minutes, Open all the curtains for the next visitor, and move on to the next room. Owner and management tried to tell me that they go do the beds after laundry. I asked then why are they making the beds and opening the windows that it is a vacant room. The bedroom made perfect for the next visitor.
