  : The staff was very helpful and polite.
  : The huge wall mirror over the bed. Wasn't sure if anyone was watching me sleep. I don't like them. If they want big mirrors, put them on inside the exit door of the room away from the bed.

  : THIEF, you arrive and they tell you that you don't have a reservation, that the hotel is fully booked, and that they refuse to refund you. I slept in my car in the car park. I have made a request for a refund by email and am waiting for a reply before taking legal action. Another customer was in the same situation. Do not go to this hotel unless you want to sleep in your car in a car park.

  : I had driven by the hotel before while it was under its previous ownership. It always looked nice. That's why i booked a room there.
  : But once there, the lobby was under renovation, and they went really cheap on the drywall guys and it shows. Also, the vending machines in the lobby were completely empty and looked to have been for some time. The ice machine was very old but also very dirty, i didn't bother getting and ice from it. The room wasn't as clean as a person would expect it to be. There weren't enough towles in the room, and everything in there just felt jenky. The tv was katty corned ontop if the wardrobe and screwed to. The mini fridge was from the 1970s and i stepped on a tiny piece of glass that was on the floor, and i used a wet towel to wipe up several more tiny pieces. I didn't bother going to the front desk, because initially my card key didn't work, and it took me 10 mins to track down the apparent only staff person on shift at the time, this was around 6pm. And while she seamed friendly and attempted to be helpful, my friend had a different experience saying that she had been rude to her, but i really just didnt feel like trying to track her down once it got a little later, at her age im sure she wasn't happy about being up much past 7pm.

  : remodeling crew that was probably doing more damage than good I think I was in a room that had been upgraded and if it was they should be embarrassed. Perhaps the owner of the property doesn't realize the disfunction and filth created. Shocking
