  : Our rooms were renovated. I quite enjoyed the new flooring.(no carpeting) It was close to the highway that we used to get from one place to another.
  : Our first room had a king side bed. It dipped so bad in the middle and was so soft and worn. My husband and I woke up with back aches. We ask for a different room. We got a new room where the a/c didn't work. Our last night of 4, our room key didn't work. It took us 1/2 hour to rouse anyone to help us. This was after calling Corp phone number. They could also spend a little on new linens and towels.

  : They charged me twice for the stay and refuse to refund my money. DO NOT STAY HERE. I’ve sent proof twice of the double charges and they choose to pretend they don’t know what you’re talking about. I will never stay at any property of theirs again. Not to mention the staff was rude and the room was filthy

  : The heater was not on when we arrived, so the room was freezing. The floors were sticky and had dark spots all over. The shower basin was black, the toliet had an old turd stain and their was one sheet of TP clinging to the roll. The pillows looked like they were already used. The towels were held together by their last threads. No breakfast or coffee. We booked the hotel 5 hours in advance of our arrival, we didnt show up last minute unexpectedly so their was plenty of time to prepare the room as the hotel only had one other guest.

  : Reserved spa room 3 days in advance. Got there to check in and since owner showed up we didn't get room.
  : Service was horrible. No trash cans , ice buckets or remotes for TV in room.
