  : Double bed were squeaking. My sleep wasnt restful Bathroom sink is extremely uncomfortable. Unable to use.

  : I liked the location.
  : The bed blankets and pillow covers are old and smell like they were washed for a while. The carpet stinks. I understand it is an old house; however, the overall cleanliness could have been better. On the second day, early morning, there was a water leak from the dining room light fixtures. It poured like a shower. We had a laptop and games console over the dining table. The console is okay after drying off; however, the laptop is not working. I have given the laptop for service to see if that can be fixed. I called the office and reported the leakage; a person turned in in the afternoon to look after it.

  : The location is convenient for transportation and sightseeing. Very close to restaurants and the Belleayre ski area. Checking in was smooth and efficient.
  : For the price we paid a better quality of bedding was expected. Our daughter could not sleep in her bed due to the unclean pillowcases and strong odor.

Poor
Traveller Type: Solo Traveler
  : Enough room
  : Mouse droppings (a lot) in the linen closet, holes in the walls, general run down feeling. For that rate it should have been better. We were reluctant to use the beds, since there was a possibility that the linens came from that closet. I called management to see if we could move to a different suite, and received no reply.
