: Front desk staff was poite and helpful. Room was clean and as expected. Bed was comfortable.
: Smell in room was very stale/off, although air-conditioner on high helped dissipate somewhat after a couple hours. The bathroom vent fan had a extremely uncomfortable vibration that was painful to my ears so could not leave the light on for very long at all. First floor had rooms under construction, with hallway floor moulding off and the hallway dark. Walking through the hall to my room left an unfavorable impression.

: Staff at front desk was pleasant.
: The room did not even begin to look like the pics on the website. Smell was so bad that I went and bought room deodorizer from Walmart. AC was loud and cut off and on all night. Bathroom was dirty and poorly stocked; no shampoo, no hair dryer, not enough towels for 2, tub is dangerously slippery, bed had only 2 pillows which were weird square pillows. Staff were just hanging around the vending machines discussing personal and raunchy subjects, or smoking right outside. Grounds were unattended.TV in lobby was in super loud when we returned from dinner (around 8:30pm) with a very “unfriendly” family movie on.

: Front desk staff was friendly. Low cost of the room left money for other things on vacation. I also like that the door to the room is inside the building. TV, microwave, and mini refrigerator are nice.
: The sheets had what looked like an ink stain, which made me leery, but on further inspection, it seemed okay. The bathroom sink looked clean, but it was clogged with a prior guest's beard clippings or something. The AC worked okay enough, but it didn't blow very hard on "high" and took a while to cool the room to our comfort.
