  : I was able to check out at noon and the bed was pretty comfortable.
  : The shower was pretty stained and dirty and the workout equipment in the room (spin bike and elastics for Pilates) was unexpected and not child friendly. The room was really big but it seemed like a lot of wasted space and did not cool well due to being so large.

  : There was a swimming pool there and it was quiet during the evening and night
  : The breakfast included is a scam. They only give you two $15 vouchers regardless of how many people in the booking. These vouchers do not cover even breakfast for two persons let alone 4. It is a total fraud and they blame booking.com and says booking.com knows. Booking.com says it’s not in accordance to their agreement with the place. Both Expedia and Hotels.com have the same breakfast included offer. So it is the hotel that is ripping off customers that have ordered breakfast included by issuing vouchers. Restrooms and showers by the swimming pool was out of order and has been so for a long time. Pool is very worn and needs maintenance. They did not clean the room and did not provide new towels. First they said we had a do not disturb sign, then they said it was a staff issue. When asked for new towels in the evening they did not even manage to deliver it to our room. Had to go and ask a second time.This hotel is poorly managed.
