The Edgewater

At the Madison Edgewater you will find a fitness center and meeting facilities. The on-site plaza includes a seasonal ice skating rink and lush gardens.

The fine dining Statehouse offers regionally sourced cuisine with an extensive wine list. The casual dining Icehouse and Boathouse offer pub fare, a great local brew selection, and views of Lake Mendota. The Madison Area Technical College and Overture Center For the Arts are both 1640 feet from the hotel. Camp Randall Stadium is 7 minutes’ drive away. Registered guests are responsible for the full repair and replacement costs of damages to the property of the hotel, and for extraordinary cleaning costs if required. This is above and beyond any other fees, including pet fees. Smoking is not permitted in rooms or public areas and will result $300 fine.

Registered guests or their visitors who exhibit disruptive behaviors may be ejected from the hotel without refund. The hotel may also fine guests in the amount of compensation given to other third parties resulting from those disruptive behaviors. All guests in rooms shall be registered with the hotel. Occupancy shall not exceed fire code. People violating will be subject to ejection without a refund.
