  : Room was spacious but dirty. There were cobwebs in all the corners. The carpets were dirty. The mattresses were rock hard.

  : All rooms as advertised are not beach front, the door bolt didn't work, the TV remote didn't work, rooms should definitely be upgraded, if they're charging 2022 prices they need to update rooms out of the 1970's. Not at all satisfied!!!!

  : Staff didn't give any direction of where the room was, drove around for an hour alone with my baby in the car at 10pm in the dark.Room was a sauna, AC didn't work very well, bathrooms were very out dated and dirty.Room had a musty smell to it.Bed you can tell was VERY used.Spider webs in corners of the room.Window screen ripped, ruined view of Lake Huron.Had to check in and out of a DIFFERENT hotel to get/give my room key.

  : I loved the walk out onto the beach. It was very close to the ferry. The beds were big and the suite was a decent size.
  : We got upgraded to a "suite" due to problems with our room. The room was very outdated and we had problems with bugs in our room. I can't imagine the room we would have gotten if that was supposed to be an upgrade since the room we booked had a issue with the bed. We were supposed to have 3 queens and got 1 queen 1 king and a pullout. The beds were ok the pullout was very uncomfortable. The staff wasn't the friendliest the waterpark was closed as well as the lobby. They didn't tell us we had to check in at the hotel next door but it was close enough. We did have a baby and booked mainly for the waterpark which we didn't know was closed and for the 2nd room and 3 queen beds which we didn't get. The "kitchenette" in the suite was 1 small fridge and a microwave and the "2 rooms" we're not separated with a door. It was just 1 big room with a side area connected. It needs some upgrades done. You can get cheaper, cleaner and newer rooms on that same beach at other hotels.
