  : Staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable.
  : There was no trash can in the room. We were only given 1 set of towels/ wash cloths for our suite. The whirlpool tub was filthy. It was caked in dirt, and I had to clean it prior to use. The plug for the drain didn't fit properly. It slowly drained the whole time, causing us to have to put more water in it several times in the 30 minutes we used it. The microwave cord was too short for the stand it was on. I had to move the fridge out and put the microwave on top of it to be able to plug it in. The tables and tile floors had a thick layer of "cleaner" on them. The "cleaner" left a stain on a brand new book cover. The floors were so slick after a shower that I nearly fell. I understand this is not a 5-star hotel, but it was more of a letdown than any sort of comfort.

  : I didn't like that I found a bed bug in my room and I wasn't offered a refund so I could stay somewhere else. I got moved to another room instead. I was scared to sleep the rest of the night because I didn't want any bed bugs on me and I definitely didn't want to take any home. I had to drive 3 hours back home without any sleep and my anxiety was high.

  : Loved the front desk woman Kayla. Super nice and friendly! Ac was super cool
  : Elevator wasn’t working. Roaches and dead roaches. Soda bed didn’t have sheets on it but had candy and food sticks left. Ac also looked like it was gonna fall off the way. Bathroom door was falling apart and couldn’t shut all the way unless you ripped the front part open. No extra tp in the room. No housekeeping offered. 2 towels for 5 people.

  : Our room was close to the exit.
  : Well, when we first arrived, they couldn't find a room that was clean. We got 0ut in a room on the 3rd floor that the door was broken and the tables were nasty. Called the front desk and the lady moved us to the room next door where the comforter had blood staind all over it and the sink was disgusting. Complained again. Then nicely asked the woman to either refund the money so could find a different hotel. She gave us an upgrade. We'll the upgrade had glass on the floor no microwave and was still just as nasty as the rest of the rooms. I will never recommend this place nor will I ever stay there again.
