  : The views over Morro Bay are beautiful.
  : Our room #101 is in bad need of updating. Many stains on carpet. Furniture old and bed very springy in spots and lumpy in others. Such a nice property otherwise.

  : The location is beautiful across the cove and boardwalk. The room theme was amusing, but fun. Breakfast was deliciously fulfilling. The farmer's market on Mondays was an additional treat during our stay. We will return for future stays.
  : There was no instructions to activate the beautiful stone fireplace. It would have been perfect to sit by the fire in the evening.

  : Lovely room, more of a suite really, fantastic view. Breakfast next door at the Mexican restaurant. The staff were helpful and obliging.
  : Although the room was comfortable, it seemed like the walls were paper thin, and the guests in the neighbouring rooms were clearly audible - including coughing, using the shower / toilet etc.

  : Super friendly staff. We enjoyed the stay. The room was very large with a sea view. The fridge was filled with complementary drinks and snacks.

  : We have stayed here once before. This is a unique facility. Every suite is different and quite unique. Most suites are spacious. We enjoy the evening wine and conversation with fellow travelers. The inn is situated in a quiet area at the southern end of Morrow Bay. There are a number of outdoor activities available from hiking to bird watching, kayaking and fishing. The breakfast is cooked to order and quite scrumptious. Good restaurants are 10 to 15 minutes away.
  : The facility is in need of updating and renovation. There is no AC though it can be quite warm in the summer/fall months. Fans are offered. Heating is a wall heater with an ancient thermostat. The bathtub controls were frozen in the shower position making it impossible to run bath water to wash our feet after a day of hiking. Flooring is past its useful life. Carpet in our suite was so soiled and stained that we hesitated to walk without shoes. In making up our bed we discovered a worn and torn mattress cover...creepy.
