DoubleTree by Hilton Livermore

Poor
Traveller Type: Traveling as Couple
: The original room I got was still dirty, after I notified the front desk they sent me to a different room, which was still in the process of being cleaned. The day of check out, the hotel was shutting down water for some repairs at 9:00AM

Disappointing
Traveller Type: Solo Traveler
: Location and room was fine
: No housekeeping service provided (knocked on my door at 4:30 pm while I was getting dressed and never came back). Breakfast was average at best.

Pleasant

: Hotel under complete renovation.Parking non existent withs storage containers everywhere.Bad neighborhood.

Fair
Traveller Type:
: Staff was very helpful and friendly.
: There were a lot of small things that made me feel that the staff was not worried about guest comfort. Our TV did not have a connection to start with. They moved us to another room with the same issue. This room had old cups and things from the last guest

: They were under construction and pool was closed which wasnt told to me ahead of time.

Wonderful

: Very nice staff and the room was very comfortable

Very Poor
Traveller Type: Traveling as Couple
: Nothing, from interrupting the desk clerks workout to it being completely empty and the overall vibe was very creepy. The hotel smelled like sawdust. They even offered masks for the smell.
: All of the above. It was a very poor experience. We got into the room and in 15 minutes we decided we were not going to sleep there and we left. The bed didn't have a fitted sheet, the mattress was extremely lumpy and the furniture was plain worn out.
