: Booking.com tricked us into thinking we were contacting the hotel when we booked. We paid too much for the booking service. It's a small town; the night was more expensive than it should have been. I did go through a booking service that was even more expensive before I settled on our reservation. The hotel could use an elevator.

: Friendly staff. Cleaners kept us supplied with clean towels. Nearly every night we were there, it was full but still quiet (except for the malfunctioning fire alarms)
: Motel eggs will never be as good as fresh. The pull-out sofa was okay but a thin blanket and light cotton bedspread was not enough bedding. I wished for a light comforter like the one on the bed, usually about 4 am
