Halcyon House

Disappointing
Traveller Type: Business Traveler
: The house is in a great location, has privacy and is set up with everything you need to live comfortably during your stay. The king bed in the bedroom is very comfortable.
: We made it clear when we booked the house that we were spending the additional $200 per night for this home vs. our normal suite, because we wanted the hot tub. When we arrived, the hot tub was filthy, cold and were told it couldn't be fixed because it needed a part that would not arrive in time before we left. Then we were told we would only receive a credit of $99 for our entire stay, when we spent an additional $200 times six nights, totalling $1200 just for the hot tub. Also, the coffee maker doesn't work and there are no blinds on the bathroom windows so we hung plastic bags over the windows during our stay so people cant see in.
