  : The room it's self was clean and maintained. The hotel was easy to find.
  : The black mold covering the top half of the outside of the building, dark, dingy, hallways with patchwork walls. Mold in lobby area so bad it made my eyes and skin burn. The big clumps of blood on our curtains (coagulated blood not an old stain) made us nervous to report it or leave the room after dark and I had nightmares that night. The shower head soaked the bathroom floor (which was really slippery till we got the first layer of cleaning solution up off the ground that was mopped down but never rinsed off) right through the shower curtain unless you pointed it at the shower wall and washed against the wall then water didn't drain so we had to wait an hour for my husband to shower. No working gym and swimming pool had a huge (3 ft x 5 ft at least) black mark in the bottom where the top seal pealed off? Don't know it was not lit up. No breakfast or coffee at all when it explicitly said "free full breakfast!" The kitchen stayed dark with chairs stacked on tables in the shadows. We paid way too much based on what Booking said it offered and it was all lies. Friends of ours (a group of 4 adults) got a quality inn room much closer to our event, with 2 queen beds for half the price. They got a full breakfast and amenities like a clean gym, a pool you could swim in, etc. Booking reserved for $106 but we ended up paying $118 with full breakfast great review supposedly and it was creepy, dirty and unhealthy. The blood on the curtain was the real kicker! Our friends got all that and more for $69!!

  : The location was perfect for my business.
  : Breakfast options could instant oatmeal and fresh fruit.The carpet in my room was damp and dirty, which actually turned my feet brown within a few seconds.The curtains were not wide enough to cover the window. I had to prop the ironing board up against the wall to stretch and tack the curtain over the exposed window at night.An automatic charge was added to my room for a safe that I didn't need or use. There were people who were not guests at the hotel loitering the property each evening and all night.

  : There was a roof over my head and the door did close. Nothing went missing during turndown. The uber eats guy was familiar with the hotel so I guess you got that going for you.
  : The extremely bright street light outside my window, the ancient and loud AC unit, the mold in the tub, cut away and exposed dry wall in the corridor. The cloud of weed smoke as the staff hid their spliff during check in. Damp smelling air and walls so thin I could here my neighbor straining to take the browns to the super bowl.
