  : The cabin was adorable and the location was beautiful. There was a cub den for the kiddos with a tubaware full of blocks which was awesome. The back porch was peaceful and quiet. The heater heated up quickly and the fireplace inside was a huge hit. I loved the little sign in book they kept there for guests to share their experience. It was a very cozy cabin. The beds were very clean and comfortable as well.
  : I'm not one to be picky or complain. But here's the deal. I have no complaints about the facility at all. We were discussing coming back and had zero complaints. Here's where it went south. Vacasa texted me in the morning and put text back when you check out so the cleaning person knows when to come. Booking.com had the check out time listed as 11. Vacasa had it listed at 10. Then I read we can pay extra to check out by 2 pm. So here I am, cleaning my rear off, making sure the place is spotless before we leave, doing the dishes, vacumming, wiping down the surfaces and I hadn't texted vacasa back yet that we checked out. I was ready to pay extra if we checked out late as well. Well, we messed up and checked out at 12:30. At 12:30 a man knocks on the door and I said I'm so sorry, we're leaving right now. His exact words were "are you kidding me? I have things to do, your check out was at 10!". I said again I'm so sorry, and he stood there and repeated "your checkout was at 10!!!". I said for the third time I'm sorry. He said again "Your check out was at 10!!!!". I washed two more dishes and through the kitchen window I could see him staring at me from his truck with an evil mad look. I scurried everyone out and had my kids throw everything in the trunk and we were out 5 mins after he arrived. While I was stuffing the trunk I said to him, you're being very unprofessional as he walked by. He said to me..."you're unprofessional for checking out late!!!!" I said they can charge me extra and I told you sorry three times. He said "have a nice trip!" And shut the door on us. I am a very sweet person and couldn't believe how he treated me and my kids. I was hurt. I hope nobody else has to experience him knocking at the door because he's very scary. :(

  : Lovely little home. Slept 6 adults comfortably. Great fire pit. Easy access to town. Good support from Vacasa and new and improved local contact on day two. We drank beer, had brats and enjoyed a safe night of games with laughter. Thankyou for sharing your home with us.
  : Upon arrival discovered pet stained carpets in bedroom areas. A yard area riddled with dog poop. A oven vent screen that dripped goo into our cooking food. Dirty silverware in the utensil drawer. A ceiling fan that rained dust bunnies down on our heads. And a severely leaking faucet under kitchen sink. I spent first hour of my stay making the house habitable. The local contact number for maintenance man was disconnected. Upon booking I had a large cleaning fee charged... I only wished they had cleaned before we arrived. I documented the conditions with photos for Vacasa but do not expect any kind of discount/refund for my efforts.

  : nice location. The river bank is just at the end of the street, very beautiful. The owner was very nice.
  : Maybe post instructions for using the living room and hallway heaters.The kitchen sink leaks. It didn't appear to be attached completely.
