: The hotel was quiet, and had a good hot breakfast and was in a good location.
: The hotel was a little rundown. The carpet was frayed. The room was supposed to be accessible but the bed was too closed to the walls on either side to transfer. The bathroom sink was too high at regular height. The commode was wedged in between the wall and sink where a transfer board could not be used if necessary. I am ambulatory but It was not truly a handicapped room.

: Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. An unexpected electrical power cut in the city at 5 AM meant there was no breakfast or coffee available. While such occurrences can happen, the staff's handling of the situation was unacceptable.Despite the clear inconvenience to guests, the hotel refused to refund the cost of breakfast. This refusal felt like outright theft, as we paid for a service that was never provided. A gesture of goodwill, such as a refund would have gone a long way, but instead, we were met with indifference.I understand that power outages are beyond the hotel's control, but customer service and ethical business practices are not.

: We selected this hotel because of the convenience and based off the stars google had. But not what I excepted.
: When I got to the room the restroom didn’t appear clean. There was dried pee stains on the toilet and dried poop inside the toilet. Felt I couldn’t trust the hotel’s cleanness at all after that. I called to complaint to the front desk and they changed me to the room next door but even that one wasn’t that clean either. There were balls of hair on the floor and the carpet wasn’t even vacuumed. The hallways to the room smelled old and there was no AC running through the halls so it felt. It was hot walking through them. The AC in the room did work well. Then the TV wasn’t working well. I tried to turn on a cartoon for my baby to watch and the screen remain black in each channel I tried. I gave up and left the tv off.
