  : Location was great as it’s only minutes from the resort where we did some family activities. Walmart and other shopping centers were only 30 mins away. It was a good experience for Xmas away from home but would not book again.
  : It is very outdated. The windows have to be the same as when the house was built sometime in the late 60s or something they do not close all the way. The heating system is very outdated as well. There were wall and ceiling damages that appear to be very old on the panel type walls. We brought small heaters from Walmart to keep warm. It was not thoroughly cleaned if cleaned at all. The toilet seats had actual dirt/dust on seats, dead flies and spider webs in tub. There were actually dead flies everywhere. Honestly since COVID we travel with our own cleaning and linen anyway so we cleaned and changed bedding.

  : The location.
  : The house was filthy. The property manager was non responsive. Evolve had to call the owner who wasn't very understanding and didn't believe what was said until I noted that I took pictures of how dirty everything was. There was even dog feces littered all over the back deck. House is severely dated and the photos on the website do NOT show all the deficiencies and current conditions. Worst place we ever stayed. Called Evolve, filed a complaint, and left after the first night because it was so dirty.
