  : we book all our accommodation with booking.com. I love the ease of website, your communication and cancellation policies. see below for what I sent the management property VACASA, this annoyance won’t affect my future continued dealings with booking.com but I will never deal with a property run by VACASA again.
  : unit could have had plastic plates so we could dine round the pool/ bbq area. and a cooler for day tripscommunication with your company was awful. On 3 occasions ( once thru the Booking.com app and twice thru your portal I inquired about how I would check in since I was arriving after office was closed. You always responded with “ you will receive check in details the day of arrival”. On arrival day you said to check in at office. As you can see you never bothered to see what my issue was ( late checkin after office was closed) or how it could be resolved. Luckily I called the front office directly and made arrangements. Then on my last day I needed a roll of toilet paper. The office called your office who immediately texted me to tell me that it was my responsibility. I find your response petty given that we spent $2000 on accommodation.<br />Papakea was great but I won’t ever book a unit thru VACASA again.

  : Properties are very dated and not cleaned. We encountered 2 large cock roaches. It really made our stay uncomfortable.

  : views were nicepool and grill area niceQuiet grounds were well kept and clean.
  : condo was not well stocked. no hand soap, very few utensils, glasses, cups. Needed to wash dishes often. It needs some decent low back beach/lawn chairs… not high back camping style. Also no cooler… hard to go to the beach without one. These should be basic staples. Pool area needs more lounge chairs and Umbrellas are a must. Way to hot for no shade especially if you have children. I know this is a popular property with good views… but basic up keep is essential. Time for new carpet and a paint job. very worn.

  : Grounds, view and location was super.
  : The condo needs new/clean carpets and baseboards. Mattress was too soft. Air-conditioning smelled musty. Shower was moldy around door and in grout lines. Couch and easy chair cushions too soft. It's otherwise nice. Resort needs more ADA parking spaces and elevators need to work all the time.
