: The place was clean and beds were comfortable.
: The main living area is upstairs, kitchen, lanai, living room, all upstairs. Be prepared to haul groceries upstairs. All bedrooms and one bathroom are downstairs, and that's all there is downstairs. The fire place does not work. It's only for looks. The tv is also for looks. If you want to watch anything on tv, make sure you bring your own streaming device and apps. There is no cable tv. They have a chromecast, but you have to pair it to your phone to watch anything and you must pay for apps to watch anything. If you leave the place with your phone no one else can watch unless they use their phone and apps. There is no toaster in the unit either. We had to broil our bread in the oven to make toast. Its a lot of money for a little comfort. Oh, and did I mention the kitchen, lanai and living room are upstairs? There are no handrails for the stairs, so if you have mobility issues or very young children, be aware of this before you book.

: Fantastic location! Sonder reimbursed us $250 for the inconvenience, which was appreciated. Being able to walk to the village and beach was the best part of our stay.
: We were a little disappointed to learn that the oven was broken less than 24 hours before our arrival and beyond the cancellation window. We were there for Thanksgiving and planned to cook dinner at the house, so we had to do some last minute improvising.
