  : We were given a code and told we could check in early. it did not work, nor did the numerous other codes we were offered. The management company was very responsive and helpful.
  : Cigarette smoke smell was awful. The thermostat was programmed and defaulted to 77. We set it to 73 multiple times and each time, it read 77. The bathrooms have not been updated. The basement is smelly and dingy and damp. No way anyone in my family would sleep down there.
