  : The house was nice and the security was a big plus for me. The patio/pool area was beautiful as well and was very peaceful.
  : We had to pay for $20 for a key card in addition to fully paying for the house. we asked ahead of time if we had an additional fees that we had to pay and the agent informed us that there were no extra fees. The toilet in the 1/2 bath downstairs leaked from the bottom of the toilet. There was also an red ant pile outside that we had to watch out for, there were also ants in the master bedroom downstairs. We weren’t able to utilize the pool because the pool warmer was not turned on prior to our visit(in which we found out once l spoke with the front office attendant) it had stains or algae of some sort at the bottom and there were water spiders in it.
