  : Location and community facilities were excellent. The layout of the unit and access to provate laundry and kitchen was also a huge bonus. While we didn't end up using these, it was great to have a stroller, pack and play, and high chair available.
  : Housekeeping was very lacking. The unit was generally clean although the carpets are in dire need of a shampooing. We also didn't have adequate items like washcloths, hand towels, or of all things, toilet paper. We did request additional linens and they were delivered with 48 hours which was very helpful. Overall the unit just seems a little neglected though. Bulbs needed replacing, some of the fixtures and furniture were a bit worn, there were several items that were broken such a chair, lamps, a burner on the stove.

  : The place was very clean, good area.
  : Not trash bags, soap and shampoo left when it was stayed it would be sluppied. Also a eg on one of the chairs at the table was very close to being broken, very unsafe.

Pleasant

  : Loved my view on the terrace. Thought I was getting a hot tub but was misinformed. Great distance from Disney and stores etc. I felt safe and protected.
  : Water pressure was poor. Tubs weren’t great to take a bath either. Tv in the master room wasn’t working properly. Or the other room right. I didn’t bother complaining cuz I only used the one in the living room and due to covid the less people I saw better for me.

  : the location of the unit, the pool and slide facilities and the grill shop
  : the air conditioning unit did not work the second night. the temp inside was 88 degrees

  : Lots to do at the property. Walmart and restaurants nearby.
  : Not the most convenient location when visiting universal studios.. Lots of traffic to and from. Also air condition froze and had the indoor temperature at 80 degrees. Had to call to get someone out.

  : Maintenance and alot of our amenities were damaged or missing

  : Nice facilities, the apartament had everything we could need.
  : The temperature in the apartment was not pleasant. Neither could we change the AC settings from 75° as established in the welcoming letter, the table had a broken chair, only 2 of 4 stove burners worked.
