: Nice location near parks, grocery stores, and safe.
: Items were not working properly or damaged. We screwed all the door handles back in place as they were all loose. Refrigerator shelves fell out with no reason too, oven handle came loose and had to be fixed. Cable in living room was choppy on almost every channel, checked cables but all were in tightly. Other TVs with cable had no issues.

: location was good. House was ok as well. In small neighborhood community.
: The refrigerator didn't work. I called the property to inform them of this, they sent maintenance that came and told me it couldn't be fixed during our stay. I lost ice cream, meat,nothing stay cool or cold my entire stay which made it very frustrating. Being that we ordered groceries for our stay here and didn't know that we wouldn't have a refrigerator.

: Location was very good. Close to parks and restaurants. A gated community. Children enjoyed playground and pool.
: House needs updates. There are some broken things like bed frame and spindle on stairs. Not enough towels or cutlery for large group. Unable to adjust temperature so it was very cold when outside temp dropped to 40's, heat did not come on. Also, if you want pool heated be sure to request it days before your visit and there is an additional charge.
