  : spacious- liked the number of bedrooms; on site pool was nice but (see below); game room was a great bonus; nice large kitchen; layout was nice- tv in every room was great, but (see below); quiet neighborhood; nice landscaping;
  : In question 2 above- if by host you mean management- not so good; we tried on a couple of occasions to reach property manager, but limited response (see below). While we enjoyed our vacation for the most part there were several things that made our stay less than perfect.-The icemaker in the refrigerator didnot work.-In the master bedroom the shower door was not flush and water drains onto the floor.-In the bedroom with the bunk beds the closet door was off the hinges and left on the lower bed and tv in this room didn't work.-The shower curtain in the middle bathroom was too short or mounted too high and water would drain onto the floor; the soap holder fell off the wall and the commode leaked around the base when the toilet was flushed.- In the third bathroom in the back leading out to the pool, there was drainage from the shower on to the floor due to the door not closing properly.- The AC wasn't working properly and the temp in the house was frequently above 85F which was very uncomfortable. A repairman came out on Fri and fixed the problem, at least temporarily.-We requested the pool be heated but the pool never got warm even by the end of the week, so we were not able to use the pool. Property manager emailed that water wouldn't be hot; but would warm enough to swim in; temp in pool and spa never changed; temp probably <70.- Trash bin and recycling bin were full with previous occupant's garbage. (for example, we noticed a hibachi grill in the bin). We noted some dust on the cornices/ window treatments in the master bedroom.-Tank of vacuum cleaner was full.-Dead bugs on floor on our arrival; gecko on wall (we removed).-Dingy towels; no wash cloths-Spent too much time washing towels used to mop up water on bathroom floors-no fishing! where was the pond??? Ads showed water near houses and we enjoy fishing (catch and release).-Friendly Fishing Villas not so friendly; won't stay for future visits.

  : The TV's in all but 1 room didn't work , The house was HOT the whole time, the furniture in the house was extremely uncomfortable, the cookware was horrible.
