: The location
: The vacation home I stayed at was false advertisement there wasn’t two queens beds in the home they had one full size and one queen and the jacuzzi didn’t work at all and every time u call customer service and let them know what’s wrong they always say they going to call back and nothing got resolved they didn’t have any solutions to our problems comments or concerns we asked to be refund partial of the funds and they haven’t even consider that option due to the description was a completely different from the house . Also the stove was half working and we wasn’t aware of that issue until we tried to cook as well so this particular property I wouldn’t recommend to any one and for the price we paid for the trip was unacceptable for the property we was at so no don’t chose this home .

: Nothing if I could cancel my booking the second day I would do it.
: We found the unit dirty. We spend two hours cleening it.We found one dead Gecko two tiny dead Geckos. That's mean the unit has not been cleaned for long periods of time. The pool was also dirty.We have rent the unit for 27 days.We have spent 14 days with a bad Ac, even though I called the customer service the next day for sending someone to see the unit . Unfortunately, they have send a guy after 14 days. After that he fix the AC and clean the pool.I can discrabe out stay in the unit into two parts.The first part was mesrable for 14 days.The second part was good for only 13 days. I would recommend sending someone the next day to the unit to make a " check list" with the customer because some issues couldn't describe it in English by phone.

: It wasn’t completely clean , insects inside the house when we get in, garbage in front of the property for almost 4 days, we send an email requesting to remove garbage and the company wait for the weekly garbage removal on Mondays.No cleaning products in the house.Furniture was not updated, bed mattresses not confortable for good sleeping.
