Poor
Traveller Type: Traveling as Couple
  : location
: it was filthy, outdated and the ac does not cool the unit in the sleeping area. it was hotter than hell in there all day and night. the unit hadnt been cleaned in who knows how long. dishwasher pods look to be 10 years old and theres no dishwasher in the unit!?! No reason that unit should look the way it does other than sheer laziness. its a shame, with that location, that place could be amazing!!

Disappointing

  : Great beach and view.
: Needed remodeled and updated. Air conditioner was in a terrible location. Only a 5 cup coffee maker and coffee cups were all stained. No beach supplies or shampoo, etc. No elevator and on the third floor. No dishwasher. Overall, poor quality compared to other comparatively priced units

Wonderful
Traveller Type: Traveling as Couple
: The location was good and the view was spectacular
: The actual condo was very shabby. There was paint peeling off the walls and a huge rip in the drapes. The couch cushions were visibly grimy. There was only one teaspoon. No updates have been done for many years. The view and access to the beach were the good things.
