: The location I absolutely loved. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. The security was excellent and helpful. The front desk was helpful.
: The only thing I found frustrating was the key cards for the door. Had to get them re-scanned twice.

: This particular unit is showing its age and needs some attention/updates. Nothing crazy, just needs some touch-ups. It's walkable to some spots, but not really to the heart of things. Which is fine, just FYI

: Not a good deal. Crazy rules for your stay. YOU have to clean the place at the end of your stay!? No maid service. Only one pack of coffee for your whole stay!?!? For the price we paid, that's ridiculous.

: Location is excellent. Beach is cross the St. Many restaurants and gift shops nearby.
: The front desk had zero knowledge of where to park and unpleasant altitude.

: BUGS. Turning on the light on night would have a flurry of insects run away---mostly in the kitchens. There were signs posted about pest control but had I known there'd be insects, I wouldn't have booked. Also, be warned that the rooms don't have blackout curtains. Light pours in thru the flimsy blinds, so take along a night mask.
