  : when we tried to call to get questions regarding parking answered we were on the phone waiting for someone for 30 minutes

  : We specifically wanted to be located here, near the trail. The kitchen and laundry equipment was very good though a kettle to boil water was desired.
  : The kitchen faucet was very loose and nearly ready to dislodge from the sink. The two full beds were very short for someone 5'10" or taller. I had to sleep in the lower bunk to get reasonable length. As mentioned, the only way to boil water was in the microwave or on the stove. Not good for tea drinkers or oatmeal. Streaming video on the TV was poor. Wifi was marginal.

  : Amazing location. Very short drive to Keystone. Lots of space. Lots of games. Pool was a short walk.
  : The cleaning job wasn't great. Thick dust in some places, human and dog hair on the master bed sheets, a band aid on the headboard, stains on blankets. High touch surfaces like banisters and light switches not clean. The kitchen needs more supplies like salt and pepper, olive oil, tupperware, foil, etc. On our last night, there was some kind of mix up and someone let themselves into the room (had a code) and when he saw our stuff said "oh F---, oh f----!" while my kids were sleeping upstairs. Super scary and stressful. Turned out to be the owner, which made it less scary, but still really awkward. We didn't get kicked out, but felt terrible because he had his whole family with him and had to go find somewhere else to stay.
