  : It was close to the mountains for skiinghome was comfortable and had everything we needed for our vacation, it was lovely. the decor was nice, comfy beds, great fireplace. Plenty of towels and a hot tub in around the corner. We all enjoyed our stay and skiing adventure.
  : We arrived and the instructions to unlock the door were old and not updated. We struggled to reach someone to help us with the provided phone number and had to wait 2 hours to get the new code. once we had the actual code, the new code on the door was supposed to be changed for us bc of its simplicity. No one called us with new codes.Housekeeping arrived a day earlier than our check out accidentally. not a big deal, but the HOA team and professional services need to work on their schedules and communication.Very Dry air. humidifiers worked a little, but we boiled water on the stove as well. Maybe an improvement in the heating system with a humidifier built in??
