  : Location was great.
  : When I arrived the bed had not had changed sheets or been made, there were dirty towels in piles all over, full and smelly trash bags everywhere and the entire place was messy. Nobody had cleaned since the previous guest and I had to rent a hotel room for the night instead. I was really disappointed and after arriving at 1am after delayed flights it was a big inconvenience to arrive to a filthy place. Wifi didn't work the entire time despite reaching out for assistance and applying the steps they provided.

  : I like the sound of the water rushing by from warm Springs, it made it easy to sleep. I liked the location easy access to many hiking trails including Baldy Mountain and the bike trails.

  : Stairs were very scary. Linens smelled unfresh. Carpets dirty. Overall needs a good air out and freshening. Great location close to Challenger lift.

  : Booking.com notified me my card was declined, three days before my scheduled visit, although it's in good standing. I also noticed the egregious cleaning fees, almost doubling my cost, after the fact. Since my stay was initially cancelled, I made other arrangements, but they still charged my supposedly declined card, on the day of the scheduled visit (which wasn't made).Instead of instantly refunding my entire payment, I have to go through a cancellation process, which isn't possible as the website doesn't allow the process after the scheduled visit (which didn't happen). I've had to contact my bank, to proceed to dispute the charges and find a workaround through emails, with no confidence it will be honorably resolved.
