: We love the location on the beach and free breakfast included.
: The tub in the bathroom dripped constantly so kept us up all night, every night we were there. Also the fan blows right into people's faces that are on that side of the bed so it's hard to have it on at all

: I paid extra for an Oceanside room and they put me in a room directly behind the stairs and the bike storage. They had plenty of other rooms on the same side but refused to move me unless I paid an additional $25 on top of the Oceanside additional fee.
: Lack of customer service. Hotel ran down. Currently under renovations which wasnt disclosed before booking.

: The atmosphere was wonderful. Lots of guests spent the winter months there and it feels like a great community at breakfast. The staff was amazing, all was very clean. It is an older hotel and the furniture is dated, but its a great hotel with great peop
: Since it is an older hotel it has some wear and tear. But after a day or two, the friendliness of the staff and great atmosphere lets you oversee the datedness of the hotel. Its a 2.5 star hotel so dont expect a 4 star experience. Its good!!!
