  : The location is good and close to restaurants. The night host Chandra was very friendly and helpful.
  : First, I was not given the room type I booked, which I had booked weeks in advance, and they did not even let me know, I realized after I entered the room. I booked two beds and was given one. The second day I was told sorry they are sold out but eventually I was given the correct room. At about midnight and in bed we discovered bed bugs. We had to pack up and move to another room. I was told the manager would reach out to me about the stay and she never did. I have called and left multiple messages and have been given excuses every time. It has been three weeks since my stay so ample time has been given for follow up. It seems clear Lori the manager does not think it is of any importance to speak with me about my experience, therefore I would expect she isnt too concerned about the fact they have bed bugs at the property or guest experience. Think twice before staying here and if you do , beware, check your beds before settling in.
