: Location was the bestKitchen well equippedBed was comfy
: Bathroom needs work. Toilet wobbles, either missing a spacer or spacers too high. Tub caulking appears moldy and the door looks like there it got damaged from a flood. Living room TV had fuzzy reception, checked cables and found a broken one. Reported it but it didn't get fixed during our stayTable on balcony was dirty, hadn't been cleaned for some time.

: The ladies at the front desk were very nice and helpful.
: The main bedroom had a ceiling fan that was 3-times bigger than the room. Had the globes held in with black electrical tape. Three had gave way and were only being held by the bulbs. The mattress was old and needs to be replaced. The screen going to the deck is rusted out. The toaster, only the bottom half works. The couch is old and smells. The siding door lock is gone, using the old bored in the track method. The front door has so much slop it would be easy for someone to break in. The place is in a great spot, just needs a lot of TLC!
