  : The location was fantastic - right on the beach. An extra bonus was being so close to the beach walkway. The unit had a brand new, well-stocked kitchen. The unit was clean and the washer and dryer were much appreciated. Towels just don't dry in that heat and humidity!

  : The location is exceptionally good and I am happy to pay the price for the front view of the ocean and that everybody in the family can walk directly out the screened porch to the beach was exactly what we wanted. Staff did their very best to keep the run down condo as clean as possible.
  : Unfortunately the condo is very used and it is the first impression one would have when entering. The carpet is run down in entry and living room area and subfloors are rotten under the showers and toilets in both bathrooms. You will very much feel it when stepping on the tiles. I had to repair and tape together a broken blind and front door does not close properly after the many repairs. The dryer broke on the last day as well and it was very inconvenient to travel back with wet close as a family with very young kids. I rented another condo directly from Wild Dunes Resort so grandparents could visit us next door and was much more impressed by the upgrades that might have been mandated by the other and much better rental agency. Vacasa should for sure be avoided next time as owner and agency is not interested in proper upkeep.
