  : There was no parking available for hotel guests because locals were just parking there for free and going for a night out along the road.

  : There are no elevators, late guests arrivals could be heard walking down the hall and into their hotel rooms. This location lacks soundproofing, which might be problematic for anyone attempting to get some sleep.

  : I mean, the room was very nice. We got one of the suites with the sunken bathtub in the bathroom and my child absolutely loved it. She spent most of her time in there. The bed was also very comfortable.
  : Part of it was my fault. I didn’t realize Hyannis was more so a college town. I also didn’t think through that if you’re getting one of the most expensive rooms, there are going to be many many more cheaper rooms. We literally could not sleep because of all the college kids throwing parties at 2am. I don’t know what they were doing up there but it sounded like a herd of cows. Not the best environment for a 5yo. We went to the lobby to let them know and they didn’t care. People were fighting in the lobby previously so I’m sure staff are desensitized to stuff like this. But like I said, that part is probably on me for not doing more research on location. What really pissed me off is that they advertise WiFi like it actually works. It does not. Again, they fed me some bs in the lobby and told me I was my phone and blah blah blah (because the lobby is the only place with any signal), but even their smart tv couldn’t connect to the WiFi! Because there is no cable. It’s whatever smart channels the tv has, which don’t work because their internet doesn’t work! So again, a five year old running on no sleep because everyone is partying til all hours of the morning, no functioning tv for entertainment, and not even any internet access. It was literally the worst.
